Flight recorder system.

Flight recorder or flight recorder - a device used for aviation as a mechanism for recording the basic parameters during the flight, the internal parameters of the different systems of the aircraft (planes), and the conversations of the crew.
Information from flight recorders is generally used to find and identify the causes of aircraft accidents. -Flight Recorders require operational checks: DAILY, which can be fulfilled by the Maintenance personnel, by the Flight Crew or by both.

This check must be carried out with the Flight Recorder installed in the aircraft, it seeks to determine if the system (Recorder + Aircraft System) is working correctly. REGULAR, by downloading and analyzing the Data contained therein. These downloads and readings of Data can be carried out with the Recorders installed in the aircraft, removing it and sending it to a Laboratory or Workshop duly Certified for it, or extracting the internal storage Diskette (if it is of this type of Recorder).

Non Destructive Test

Non-destructive testing (also called END, or NDT for nondestructive testing) is any type of test performed on a material that does not permanently alter its physical, chemical, mechanical or dimensional properties. Non-destructive testing implies negligible or no damage. The different non-destructive testing methods are based on the application of physical phenomena such as electromagnetic, acoustic, elastic waves, emission of subatomic particles, capillarity, absorption and any type of test that does not involve considerable damage to the sample examined.

We are members of ASTM or ASTM International, which is an international standards organization that develops and publishes voluntary technical standards agreements for a wide range of materials, products, systems and services. There are around 12,575 voluntary agreements of standards applicable worldwide. The main offices of the ASTM international organization are located in West Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, United States, northwest of the city of Philadelphia.

Aviónics.

Avionics is the application of electronics to aviation. It is a term derived from the English word avionics, formed with the contraction of aviation (aviation) and electronics (electronics). It refers to the electronic systems used in aircraft, artificial satellites and spacecraft, both communication and navigation systems as well as their indicators and management elements. It also includes a myriad of systems that are applied to aircraft to perform individual tasks, as simple as a spotlight on a police helicopter or as complex as the tactical system of an airborne early warning and control platform.

-The Avionics service manages and solves maintenance in general to ensure the operability of aircraft and their systems. Their tasks involve the intervention to the Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems; as well as the communication systems, structures and engines of fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft. This makes it possible to ensure take-off, flight and landing operations, and in general for the safe operation of aircraft.

Reduced Vertical Separation Minimum. (RVSM)

Reduced Vertical Separation Minimum (RVSM) is a term used in aviation to denote the required vertical separation between two aircraft that goes from 2,000 feet (600 meters) to 1,000 feet (300 meters) between flight levels FL290 and FL410 (between 29,000 and 41,000 feet). This allows for greater use of a given airspace (RVSM airspace).
To be able to fly in an RVSM airspace, some essential minimums are required to be met by that aircraft. Among them stand out: Two independent altitude measurement systems. A secondary radar transponder with altitude information system (transponder with modes "C" or "S"). An altitude warning system. An automatic altitude control system (autopilot).

As we can see, none of these systems is new, the planes already had it, the difference lies in the accuracy of the information, the new equipment is more accurate or with less margin of error.
We, as a company specialized in avionics, have highly trained personnel to carry out the granting or renewal process necessary for the RVSM space airworthiness certification. One of the necessary requirements to obtain this certificate is to carry out a monitoring flight, which is carried out by means of a GPS-Based Monitoring Unit (GMU). We in alliance with the company CSSI, INC. we are authorized to carry out said flight, whose purpose is to obtain the error of the Altimetric System (ASE).
