“AG Aeronautical Services, CA, is an organization dedicated to aeronautical maintenance, whose main services are described in the list of capabilities approved by the Aeronautical Authority, we are committed to developing, implementing, maintaining and constantly improving the Safety Management System Operational to guarantee that all our activities are carried out under the highest level of performance in terms of operational safety and comply with the current rules and regulations established by the National Aeronautical Authority and the International Civil Aviation Organization”.
Our commitment is to comply with the following policies: 

a) Execution of the implementation of the security management system within the organization. 

b) Develop and implement strategies and processes to ensure that all Aviation Maintenance activities and operations reach the highest level of performance in terms of safety. 

c) Continuously improve all levels of safety. 

d) Continuously and proactively identify hazards and risks within the organization.

 e) Manage risks and apply the necessary mitigation measures in order to maintain Operational Safety at acceptable levels to minimize incidents or accidents. 

f) Encourage the Organization's personnel to report problems such as latent conditions, dangers and risks of Operational Safety. 

g) Maintain an active, non-punitive safety program that allows the return of information that provides feedback to the reporter. 

h) Guarantee that all personnel have adequate and applicable information and training on Operational Security, that they are competent in matters of operational security and only assigned tasks proportional to their abilities. 

i) Guarantee that punitive actions are not taken against any employee who notifies or reports a safety concern such as latent conditions, hazards and risk, through the hazard notification system and return information that provides feedback to the reporter, unless such disclosure indicates gross negligence or deliberate or knowing disregard of regulations and/or procedures. 

j) Allocate the necessary human and financial resources to implement, maintain and put into practice the management system, policy and objective of Operational Safety. 

k) Maintain a fair and positive safety culture within the staff. 

l) Ensure that subcontractors and/or support services work in accordance with the performance requirements of safety. 

m) Comply with all applicable legal requirements, national and international standards and industry best practices, reflecting the organizational commitment to operational safety.

Operational Security

Objetives

The organization AG Servicios Aeronáuticos, C.A, seeking to improve Operational Safety Management, establishes the following objectives:

a) Avoid the use of equipment and tools involved in maintenance work that are not controlled and in satisfactory condition. 

b) Reduce the weaknesses and deficiencies in the execution processes and records of the maintenance service, to raise the level of operational safety and product quality, before the issuance of the Maintenance Certificate of Conformity. 

c) Mitigate the deficiencies and limitations associated with the different work areas, which compromise the performance of the maintenance tasks carried out by AGSACA.
